We are committed to providing a consistent, high quality, platinum or above support service tailored to suit each of our service users unique needs, promoting independence and choice throughout the community. We provide 24-hour support if needed and are able to at short notice. Our service users include young ones, adults and the elderly with dementia, learning difficulties, mental and physical disabilities or sensory impairments.

We will guide you through the process of choosing the right care package for your needs and will adapt your service to accommodate any changes required.

Our thorough recruitment procedure includes a formal interview; personal and professional reference confirmation; Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA) checks. We also confirm any training already received and request copies of certificates.

We offer compulsory Mandatory training and refresher courses in Moving and Handling, Safeguarding, First Aid and CPR, Infection Control and Health and Safety.
